For the first one, it would be Animal, if you won't be a human in the roleplay itself, even if you have the brain of one (which I think was the plot XD;).
For the second, it would be Human, since you'll be a human at one point or another.
If it helps, an easy way to remember is that if you roleplay a human at some point in the roleplay, it probably goes in Human. If it's for a small, unimportant portion of the roleplay, though, then it might be in Animal.

It depends on which part it focuses on the most. If you think there will be/want there to be more people in the first one then it would be under human but if it's the other way around then I'd say animal.
Werewolves, I say, would be human.
