Hajimemashte, Roseshadow-san. (Nice to meet you, Roseshadow.)
Considering that I took lessons for about a year, I know the language. I mean, if I heard someone speaking in Japanese, I could distinguish it from anything else. The only problem is that my lessons were with my classmates, my friend and I taking it from the other classmates' mom, so we didn't learn much....
I can remember the basic greetings, "Ogenki desu ka?" (How are you?), "Onegai" (Please), "Sumimasen" (Excuse me) and some other menial phrases. A few curses too. Then, there's the random words, because I watch far too much subtitled anime.
Inu (dog), neko (cat), usa (rabbit), ookami (wolf), kowaii (scary), kawaii (cute), kyodai (brothers), daimondai (trouble maker), hetare (hopeless), imo (potato), baka (stupid), aoi (blue), akai (red), shiroi (white), kiroi (yellow), kuroi (black), nani (what), arigato (thank you), remon (lemon)... I'm sure there's more, but that's what I think of off the top of my head.

I guess if you weren't aware, the language rule is back up so speaking in another language is against the rules. Sorry to just kind of ruin the fun or anything, but at least you can translate what you can say in Japanese to English. i.e. "I can say 'hi', or 'how are you?'.".
Sorry once again. I won't edit your guys' posts, I'm sure you can do that on your own, but if you could do that, it would be really appreciated.
